Introducing the W3 Butler

Designed for hotels and equipped with autonomous lift navigation, this room service robot provides hygienic, secure and multi floor deliveries with its independently accessible, multi-compartment 90L enclosed shelving unit, allowing flexible delivery arrangements.

It can complete up to 120 deliveries per day, with each dispatch serving up to four locations, optimising efficiency and reducing operational costs.

Its 11.6-inch HD screen functions as both a welcoming receptionist and an engaging advertising display. With advanced 3D obstacle avoidance and precise navigation, this robot is a valuable and intelligent addition to your team.

Key Features

  • Large and flexible interior: default 3 layers with available space of 575x422x230mm for each layer. 2 layers = 575x422x380mm No trays = 575x422x690mm
  • Smooth delivery of beverage and soup ensured by new shock-absorbing chassis.
  • Seamless operation: The doors open automatically allowing staff to easily load deliveries. Once the delivery is removed and the designated floor pattern is stepped on, the T3 securely closes the door and proceeds to its next task.
  • Secured contents by password during the delivery.
  • Enhanced safety: Three stereo vision sensors ensure a secure environment for both the robot and those around it.
  • Collision Protection: An emergency sensing strip with rounded edges minimizes impact, while the internal collision sensor immediately stops the robot upon detection.
  • Charging time: 5 hours
